Toronto Vaporizer

I purchased an Arizer Air when it first came out, bundled with a Zeus torch lighter. Order #2 334 271, just in case you wanna know which customer you screwed over.
From day one, I had problems with the lighter, mainly that it rarely would light when the button was pushed. I emailed them about it and their only suggestion was to try turning up the gauge beneath the lighter. It didn’t fix the problem, but at least the lighter sort of worked.
A month later, the lighter broke completely. Some kind of spring inside or something stopped working and it no longer sparks at all.
I contacted torontovaporizer about it and asked how I could claim warranty on this expensive $ 40+ lighter and they never even had the courtesy to offer a replacement or warranty service or anything. Pretty much beat around the bush without resolving it
Whack customer service and the line of Zeus products SUCK and are cheap Chinese crap. Buyer beware

They are not providing good customer service anymore .
If anyone’s planning to buy Storz&Bickel products better to keep this in mind that they are not accepting the sold products back neither for repair or exchange .(and this is the most expensive line of vaporizers)
So I had to ship my faulty vape, overseas .
Im not even sure when I’m having back my vaporizer .
Im very disappointed and I will not spend my money here anymore.

I began by posting a one star review. I explained my rationale rather well. However right after completing my negative review of them I got another call from the sales rep.
He not only apologized for the situation he went the extra mile and made up for the deficiency.
In short they recovered by contacting me and making the problem I had with them go away. That deserves top marks.

I would highly recommend this place if your looking for great products and great service.
They are highly informed about their products and go the extra mile to make sure your happy with your purchase.
So if your looking for a vaporizer I would highly recommend them.
