Terrible customer service. Left my PS3 here on a Monday for a repair, and the guy working there kept giving me the runaround. First he said it would be ready the next day. Then when I called he said it would be ready by the end of day Friday. Went in to pick the PS3 up on Saturday and he said there was a part he needed to order and it would be ready by tomorrow. When I questioned why it was taking so long, the repair guy flipped a lid and started yelling. Luckily I was able to just take the unit back without a charge.
The store itself is dirty and cluttered. I’m not sure they actually fix anything here by the looks of the place. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store like the plague.
