Topcuts

The service could have been better. The hair colour was not bad. The blowout done after was not what I am use to. I am use to a blowout where your hair is all nice and smooth looking. All the hair is properly turned in. Within 15 minutes of leaving the salon my ends were flipping up.

Just took my son for a haircut here and we were treated very rudely by the staff — the woman who did the cut and the other stylist who was at the front desk.
She took about 5 mins to cut his hair which was a very short time so I took a look said I saw some longer hairs that she missed. She said she did it with the clippers and the clippers don’t miss hair. She said I was seeing things because of the light. Then the other guy raised his voice and said that’s the way the clippers are and that I was being rude and hurting her feelings. Then he proceeded to make it look like he was talking to a manager on the phone and complaining about a problem customer — me. I couldn’t believe it!
We have been going there for years and had always received nice polite service from the various stylists — until these two! Maybe it’s because of them that the place was completely empty. We will never give them our business again and will tell whoever asks about the awful experience we had today. Shame on you.
