We needed to get our eaves trough cleaned so we sent a request to receive an estimate via their website. They responded quickly and provided a detailed estimate of the work we needed done. Appointment set up was fast and the tip top team arrived as scheduled. They
were efficient and professional and they did a great job, leaving no debris on property upon completion. I highly recommend Tip Top Trough and would use them again.

Was referred to Tip Top from a friend. We had a full eavestrough cleaning along with 2 new downspouts that were Larger and secured much tighter than my existing ones that had cracked during the past couple of winters. No trees around but holy almost a half a pale of shingle granules. The 2 man crew was on time, cleaned up well and fixed a pair of leaks in the corners of the existing gutters. Communication and overall work was what I expected and I love when that happens !!

Don’t waste your time. I contacted Tip Top Trough July 11 and it took them weeks to set up an appointment (July 25). On the day of the appointment I took time off work to meet with Pierce based on a 4 hour window (10 – 2). Despite being home the entire time, Pierce never showed. I called Myriam and she explained that he had come to our house, knocked on the door and no one had answered. What is interesting is that I have a fully functional door bell (happily tested by Jehovah’s Witnesses that very morning within the 4 hr window) and the company also has my phone number. Astounds me that Pierce «showed up» and left without even trying to either ring the doorbell or call me. Their customer service skills are non-​existent.
