Visited this store for the first time this week to educate myself on some new technologies before I made a purchase decision. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Based on my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

I bought a smart TV box 3 months ago from this store. I really love it. The box was already programmed. I can watch most up todate movies, Asian Drama, tv shows, live sport & news. The box comes with everything, Just plug in, connect to TV with HDMI cable, setup wifi, then it’s ready to use. I stopped using cable Tv since then, this box saves me a lot of money. I just came back to buy 6 more for my parents and friends. they love them too. The salesman/​Technician is very nice, he patiently explained to me, he is very knowledgable. When i had a problem with my 2^nd box, I think the problem may come from the HDMI cable, but he changed a new box for me and gave me an extra HDMI. I really like the professional way of their service and support. Compare to other brand, I found the price here is a lot cheaper. I am very happy with my purchase and their services. I strongly recommend my friends to buy the smart TV box from this store. They also sell Antenna, it is HD type, very clear and the signal is strong. When I put it inside my house, close to the window, I got 17 free channels (local toronto news & shows). But I think the smart TV box has everything, you don’t need the antenna. I rarely use the antenna channels. I have it set up in case the box has a problem, i still can watch the news.
