Disgruntled with UPS service in general. Takes much longer than other services, and comparatively crazy expensive.
At this location, the time it took to type in the delivery details was excruciatingly slow.
Would never go back here unless out of necessity.

Basic ups store. Been here three times in one week for package pick ups.
Kind of resent the overall UPS delivery system. I work from home and none of my UPS deliveries are ever announced, they’re just flagged for final attempt/​pickup on the first trial. I don’t encounter this problem with other courtiers who usually leave my parcel at the front of my apt or buzz for me at concierge to sign receipt.
The store also observes relatively short hours (closed at 6:30pm) and no one has ever picked up the phone when I have called (and I have, several times).
Two stars only for friendly desk service on pickup.
I RECOMMEND: coming in the morning. In the afternoon I find there can be a queue.
