The workshop at The Den far exceeded our expectation & we had a fantastic time throughout the whole process.
Kristin was really knowledgeable and took her time to make sure that everyone was comfortable with the tools and answer any questions that came up.
During our session we learned how to anneal, weld, file, properly size and polish our bands.
The price depends on the type of metal you select, and since the price of gold or silver fluctuates often, the price is confirmed when you book your session.
I highly recommend doing this if you are looking for a one of a kind experience.
No matter your skill level you can do this!!!

Set in a high-ceiling, converted mechanic garage, entering the Den feels like a spacious yet cozy workshop.
Kristin and her crew, Daria and Brent, walked us through each step — bending, soldering, adding our personal touches and then finishing touches.
I appreciated the coffee, juice and snacks while the rings were pickling (stage after solder).
It was a little difficult to book with my Groupon and my restricted availability but the Den accommodated my partner and myself quickly.
Average on the price aspect as far as Make-Your-Own workshops go; the quality of the finished product is superb. Tip: watch for holiday season discounts and you can book a private workshop for a date of your choosing with a minimum four people.
I learned a lot, had fun, and the Den is very welcoming. Overall, a great experience and a quality, handcrafted ring to cherish.
