The Brow House

Natalia is personable and professional. It is very important in customer service to remember your repeat customers, and Natalia has accomplished that. I have been going for a year now, and my eyebrows are much fuller and well shaped than I could have imagined.

I use to go to the location on the east side before it closed, which I enjoyed many great experiences with. Since then I tried their Yorkville location and I will not be going back. Why. My consultant! I have very fair eyebrows, which, I am very aware of as a grown woman and an owner of a mirror. What I do not need is someone telling me how fair my eyebrows are, and that I need to tint them. I politely acknowledge and declined but yet I did not require her to reiterate this 3 more times nor tell me «from this angle it looks like do you have no eyebrows». Thanks for hammering that home, yes, yes I will now dye my eyebrows with you, the considerate person who continually pointed out a flaw that I had, in her opinion. Beyond this, the tiresome promotion of a package deal once I said I was treating myself while currently unemployed, and couldn’t commit to, was additional exasperating. Nearly a year later, I am sad to say this experience has haunted me. Hopefully, the other consultants aren’t so inconsiderate but she really marred my brow house experience. Never again.

I love the brow house! No matter who I see there I always leave happy. I have been trying to grow my brows in since 1998 and finally found my solution… the brow house!!! The ladies have got me on a good path to success so I can now leave the house happy with my brows and they are very low maintenance. I would recommend this place to anyone.

On Saturday I was in Toronto from Los Angeles for an event. I needed to get my brows done and The Four Seasons recommended that I try the Brow House. I have to say I was a bit nervous to try a new place, but after my consultation I was confident that these ladies knew what they were doing. My brows look amazing! They kept the fullness of my brows and perfected the shape. I would definitely recommend these guys! I wish you were in LA!

I am new to the city and was going through the daunting task of finding a new person to help me maintain my eyebrows. I went to the Brow House the first time before Christmas and was very pleased with the results and was very pleased to have finally found someone I was comfortable with.
When making my second appointment, you are unable to choose which aesthetician you prefer. I hoped to see the same lady, but with my previous good experience I was okay risking it. I did not see that same girl I liked so much after my first appointment and unfortunately my second appointment was absolutely horrific. She had asked me if I wanted the same treatment, I replied yes. She then proceeded to over pluck my way passed their natural shape to something more like Pamela Anderson. I had a feeling something was going wrong but I was mistakingly trusting.
I must note that I have naturally thick eyebrows, so much that if people don’t know my name I am often described as ‘the girl with the nice eyebrows’. Even when I left after my previous appointment I was complemented by the women who seemed to be the one who does the training on how lucky I am to have thick brows. Which still confuses me that this second aesthetician had such a different approach to my face.
You are not supposed to pick who does your appointment because they say that everyone is trained the same, however it is clear they are not. Once I went home and got a closer look I was horrified with the results. As with many women who have grown up with thick and bushy brows you often get varied and questionable results when you go to new salons but I have never experienced anyone butchering my eyebrows like I experienced at The Brow House.

Excellent experience at the browhouse. Staff are friendly and really knowledgable about eyebrows! Very happy with my experience — will definitely be back!

The do a decent enough job and the workers are all fairly nice. But they NEVER pick up their phone! It’s basically impossible to make an appointment.

I get a clean up and eyebrow tinting every time I go and I’m always more than pleased with the results. The ladies that work there are super nice too, I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Love the brow house xoxo
