Best guitar/amp repair in the city hands down!!! I’ve taken multiple basses/guitars, pedals, and amps here and have never been let down.

These guys are a total waste of time. Zak promised to have my bass ready on the agreed date. I left two voice mail messages to confirm if it was ready for pick up. I’m still waiting for a reply. In the meantime I did the TTC trek down to the store & the work had not been done. Like I said. A total waste of time.

You might as well go somewhere else. I took a guitar amp to superfuzz when Tim had first opened the shop several years ago after having done repairs at home following the closing of Songbird. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time for a good price. Last year I called about dropping an amp off and he warned me that he was really backed up. I said that it was no problem if he took a couple months to get to mine. So I dropped it off and called 3 months later and he hadn’t got to it. Finally 8 months went by! I had to give up and pick it up and he handed it back and walked away without an apology or explanation or idea of when or where I could get the work done. Rude and poor business ethics. Either people are waiting a ridiculous amount of time or he has special«preferred customers» I suggest not going there unless you know him personally because you will have no idea how long it will take, or if he will ever bother to call you at all.

This has been my go to spot for Guitar and Amp repair. I’ve brought guitars and basses here to be set up and have had bass heads repaired here with new caps and switches. Zak(guitar tech) is always extremely nice and willing to help each time I’ve been in. The only issue I’ve had here is my gear might get put on the backburner, but that’s only because this place gets really busy. I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they can fix your guitar or amp issues.
