Selection of baked treats is really great. However staff are not that friendly and seem not to focus on their customers. Seems to be a disconnect between young staff and older customers. Staff continue talking to their friends and other customers but don’t look at the actual person at the check-out waiting to be served. Can’t get a word in to ask a question because they are busy talking to other people/friends. Have to wait — they have been talking since I came into the store. There is a line up at the cash. Meanwhile I ask a question and get directed properly to the item I wish. But then they throw out the box I brought in AND throw out the treats still in the box. I miss the old Bark & Fitz for sure. Have been shopping there since the day the opened 5 years ago and now that it is SuperFetch it’s not the same. I wish them luck and although their baked treats are expensive they are really fantastic for dogs — the ones in the glass cabinet.
