Soap and Suds

Spent the whole time trying to up-​sell me on a carpet shampoo because I wanted to put my new all-​season mats in but I persistently said «no thank you». When I picked up the car he said he did the shampoo free of charge so I gave him a very generous tip. When I got home I lifted the mats to see that he did not do the shampoo at all, they were still completely salt-​stained. Worst business practice I’ve seen. Pay the extra $ 5 to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

dont go to this location every better save your money and go sumwhere else might be cheap on teambuy and gropon but i swear to you go somewhere else there damaged my 100,000 dollar car broke the mirror scatched the car all in 2hours of cleaning and afterwards lied about it i promise you this for your good goo sumwhere else and there also didnt clean the car well as welll car was still dirty inside and out one of the worst places i have ever been and a blame myself lesson learnt am currently suing them so beware. thank me later

includes full detailing plus i paid extra 52 for shampooing the seats and taxes.
I was there yesterday. Now, its a dark and dull place under a condo building, parking level. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and half. I came back after that time and car was almost ready.
Car was not properly waxed on interior. Tires were not detailed, no waxing on them nor dressing. Car was not vaccumed properly. There was alot stuff like biscuits and dirt were left under the seats, on the seats at deep spots, around the seats and padels.
Side panels were not even touched. Package says it includes side panels. Windows half dirty, lower interior walls where people touch their shoes and back of seats where kids touch their shoes were still whitish. Had to go back and argue for them to be just wiped off, not cleaned properly then too. When i went back after checking the car in the sunlight, that guy was being rude and was like, you have to pay for that. I told that i already paid 91 bucks so far, he said do not talk to me, talk to the guy who cleaned ur car. I said i didnt talk to u, u involved urself.
Anyhow, search and find a better alternative if you can but if still wanna go to them, do not expect too much then u will be closer to satisfied 50%.
But, if u are very picky about cleaning and stuff, its not a good place for you.

Truthfully I have to agree.
I just received my second car wash from Soap and Suds at the Distillery District location and I have never had a cleaner car. I have experienced numerous shotty car detailing jobs in and around the GTA but this company does it best. The first time I got my car detailed here it was by fluke as I was in the District and seriously needed a detail. I paid roughly $ 40 for an in and out and was extremely pleased. This time I had a groupon from Buytopia which ran me $ 30 and I paid an extra $ 20 to have my seats shampooed, so all in all $ 60. Both times a gentleman named Donovan cleaned my car and this Jamaican goes beast mode on your vehicle. Such a nice guy and such a hard worker. He uses some serious elbow grease to clean your car.
I am so pleased. This is as good as it gets.
