Great location near the DuPont Subway. No parking except for street parking. When you walk in, you must walk by all the perfume and make up counters, which are obviously their biggest profit makers. The service here is friendly. The place is cleaner than most. The prices are high, but you knew that already!

My favorite Shoppers location among the four I pass between my work and home. Pros: — bigger & better organized than most — has the most helpful(and generous with samples!) beauty consultants — postal office staff are great too(something you know is a rare occurrence if you go to the other locations nearby) — rarely run out of sale items, a frequent occurrence at the smaller locations — a large food section makes it a good spot to stock up on staples(milk is cheaper here than at the supermarket) — they sell TTC tokens Cons: — I’m not a fan of the pharmacy because a) the pharmacist isn’t very knowledgeable about things like supplements and non-prescription items and b) it’s overpriced(but that’s not a location specific complaint — all Shoppers are).

Really well organized Shoppers’ location, close to the Dupont subway station(and closest location to Casa Loma). Canada Post outlet in front, pharmacy is in back, and aisles are well stocked and store is immaculately clean. Customer service is average(could be better), and on weekends, the presence of one cashier doesn’t help speed the line. Compared to other stores in the vicinity, this one is my favorite due to size and selection.

I like this Shopper’s a lot, but the BIGGEST setback is the lack of parking. Only street parking, which you’ll have to pay for, or take the risk to get a parking ticket and spend your shopping stressed out. What I do really l like, is that recently, they’ve organized the makeup area. with samples where available. Tissues and q-tips and makeup remover where you would be sampling. I know to have them available is really up to the display person, but it’s really helpful for me to try on difference shades of foundation. The store is organized well, clean, and sales clearly marked. My only issue was the cash lady was quick, but too quick. She had scanned my shampoo’s twice and when I told her, she didn’t believe me, and I had to pull out everyone in my bag to show her. This isn’t the first time Shopper’s cashiers have messed up the bill, I was lucky I was able to catch it in time. Note to everyone: make sure to check the receipt everytime!

My quest to find passport photos at a Shoppers Drug Mart came to its merciful end here. The photo section was actually manned(or, in this case, womaned), and I was able to get my picture taken quickly – they had a little screen that pulled down by one of the refrigerator cases. After a five-minute wait poking throught the Wii games and battery rechargers, I was on my way with some photos for a mere $ 10. As for the rest of it, this Shoppers was about the same as the others. There’s some tacky Halloween stuff out now, like mugs with fake rat tails sticking out of them which spin when you pick them up.
