These guys are amazingly fast. I called for a same day rush service and they’ve managed to be at my office door in less than 5 min from when I put down my phone. I went to grab cash after I got off the phone with them at an ATM down the street and they’ve already picked up and left by the time I got back.(My colleague fronted the cash for me luckily). Their rate is unbeatable and the level of service I got over the phone was superb. I am so glad to have found them and will be switching to them from Pronto for my company as well. To the commentor below, I’ve tried Hurrier. It was too much work to have to enter my cc and leave my question with their live chat on their website. For Sent It I just picked up the phone and BOOM done.

My experience with Send It Courier was my first with any courier, but it was pretty much perfect. My delivery arrived on time and in great shape. The cost was also very competitive, much more affordable than Hurrier. I spoke with customer service a couple of times, and all of the interactions were courteous and informative. The website is easy to use and well-designed. I love the little yellow icons and quirks like calling their premier service«the screamer» I had two meals delivered from a restaurant without delivery service, and I used the«direct» service. The only challenge was coordinating the timing and payment for the food so that the courier arrived at the restaurant at the same time the food was ready, and paying for my order remotely(not really SendIt’s problem, more the restaurant’s). It would be nice if it was an integrated system, as doing the leg work myself was quite a challenge. I believe Hurrier has an integrated service where you order your food through them; they order and pay for you, and then you pay them. But it was so expensive I couldn’t bear to use their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use SendIt again.
