I’ve been going to Rosedale about 3xweek for the past two months or so and I can’t say enough good things about them. They have everything you need right there in the same location, from naturopathy to physical therapy to massages. As a 23 year old, I realised it might be a bit too soon for me to have constant lower back and hip pain, so when I came across them at the Toronto Tea Festival, I had to book a consultation.(If you manage to catch them there, you get a very good deal on your first 2 visits) Since then, my lower back pain has completely gone and my hip pain is headed the same way! While I’ve seen many other doctors before with no success, these guys were able to very quickly figure out exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Everyone on their staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Some of their services are a bit painful(functional chiro, I’m looking at you!), but it’s all very helpful and well worth it. Dr. Sher’s wellness information session is also interesting and informative(and free!).

Have been going here since 2013 and will continue to keep going back! I come for physio, chiro and massages and have had nothing but good experiences. The service is great, as well as the staff; especially my chiropractor — Dr. Aliya. I always feel much better after my adjustment. Definitely recommend Rosedale Wellness.

A very well stocked, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare. Excellent new location at Church and Bloor St E. The first time, and be –FULLYAWAREOFTHISBECAUSEITWILLHAPPENTOYOUAS A NEWCLIENT — you will be sitting though a VERY grueling 1+ hrs of marketing by Dr. Sher, who I’m guessing is the owner of the clinic, and he tells all about the very wide products and services they provide and lifestyle info. It is guised as an «information session» but I felt it was an obvious way to pull you into the business and get you involved with putting out as much money as you can — and also too sometimes, probably completely unnecessarily, place you into multiple disciplines of treatment as they can when all you need is a good chiropractic adjustment. If you can bear sitting through the«information session», probably already in some degree of pain, in very hard chairs, in a very tiny room; if you can get past their marketing grab for business, after that, they are not aggressive and you be as honest as possible and indicate clearly you are just here for say just chiropractic adjustment. They do want you to try to come 2 – 3 times a week, but again, it’s only part of their I felt rather forward marketing session for money, but you can easily decline and come whenever you want. It’s all your call and you are in control of what treatments you want and how frequent. You are the client. That being said, the clinic is QUITE excellent! Practitioners from various disciplines are represented and getting what you need is generally not difficult. Looking for physiotherapy? Sports medicine? Massage? Looking for osteopathy or Chinese acupuncture? The clinic has it all very well covered and clinicians if need be, with your consent, will discuss your case with other practitioners if warranted for feedback which is a good, smart model of healthcare — collaboration of information. The facilities at 120 Bloor St. are new and at the time of this review, the space is very inviting, cozy and beautifully laid out. Just make sure you are firm in what you are there for, do not get roped into anyone saying you need X, Y and Z treatments from all these different therapists because you don’t necessarily and the costs will certainly pile up for you, big time. They to have an odd«insurance coordinator» at the front desk who will try to get your insurance information for billing and such, to make an affordable plan for you there, but simply decline it; it is not needed by most people. Plus, I do not prefer to give out my employer’s healthcare insurance to a clinic. I’ve never seen that before in a clinic, so in doubt, ask a lot of forward questions and if you are uncomfortable with any of the insurance sharing information, simply say no thank you, and it’s not a problem. Again, excellent and very knowledgable clinicians who really do seem to care. Keep in mind nothing is OHIP covered so balance your budget accordingly as it can(especially based on their estimation of coming 2 – 3 times a week!) very expensive out-of-pocket. But their actual clinical services are very very good, nothing at all negative to say about anything in that regards. Give them a try. Sit through their mandatory and long information session(at a very difficult time of evening too, usually around 6pm with your first treatment after that, when they should be held at more flexible times; who wants to sit for an 1 ½ hr when they came from work no just want to at that point want to go home?) — but as a well rounded clinic, one really superb treatment clinics in the area and a very polite front desk who are always willing to help as best as they can. Do not be disappointed if you don’t get the appointment time(s) you want as they are very busy, indeed. But they will work with you to get you into a time-slot that works well with you and say, one of their chiropractors. They will keep in touch with you via phone and through email notifications. It works nicely. I’ve worked with one of the clinicians there for a very short time now and am seeing some good results. As always, do your homework, be knowledgable and research what you feel you need as treatment — they are very very good at what they do but remember your health is ultimately in your hands so be smart and do your homework about your particular medical issue.

My experience with Rosedale wellness goes back a few years. I was suffering from back pain and wanted a chiropractic adjustment. I thought my appointment was for an adjustment. Between the information session with 10 other people, the XRay, more information sessions, being asked twice if I was sure I had not been in a car accident — this guy has zero respect for patients time. So much sitting and being sold on their other services and wanting to see how much insurance coverage I had to maximize it. There were times he booked me to come in to just get more sales sessions on other services I should be buying. Try getting out the door without booking your next appointment. After going three or four times I found a different chiropractor who gave me the adjustments I needed and wasn’t obsessed with getting more of my money. It took two or three sessions and I was great, back to normal and pain free ever since. I wouldn’t go back to Rosedale Wellness if they were the only chiro’s around.

This place is amazing! The staff are very knowledgable, friendly and accomodating. I’ve been seeing the practitioners here for over a year. I suffered a back injury last year and have been at the clinic ever since. I highly reccomend all services here, especially acupuncture. I saw Dr. Grace Kang for acupuncture and she asked me a series of questions and a took a thorough assessment of my lifestyle and current stressors. She is AMAZING!!! I persoanlly do NOT like needles and yet I didn’t feel a thing. She was so good that I felt immediate relief in my back where normally my muscles are irritated and inflamed. It was better than a massage. Also, I have to rave about the masseuses there. The attention and pressure applied is just right. Its a very quiet and happy environment. Just as good if not better than any spa I’ve been to. All services at Rosedale Wellenss Center are very good and affordable. I highly reccomend this place.
