I came in here with a coworker to exchange a defective cable box and it only took 35 minutes of ID checks, authorization verification, account verification, a diatribe about why Man U was far superior to Chelsea and ended with me being given the same defective box back that I came in with. When I pointed it out to the staff member they said, «Oh, I thought you wanted to keep that one.»
Hulu is looking more appealing every day.
