Great studio! I had never done a reformer class and only done a few mat classes when I first visited, and I found everyone very welcoming — no one made me feel awkward for being a newbie and not knowing how to adjust the equipment. I started with Precision Reformer classes but after 5 or so I branched out and started trying other reformer classes, as well as springboard(wall mounted springs), chair(like a stool with spring weighted pedals), and bodhi(a Pilates version of TRX body weight exercise straps). I’ve really enjoyed all the classes, and I can definitely feel the burn in the muscles we are targeting — the reformer classes especially feel like they would transform your body and posture if you committed to a regular practice.
