Update: This company has been reported to Consumer Protection and to the BBB. I am appalled at the harassing, lying email that CEO John Dobrowolski sent me, accusing me of «frauding» and«harassing» and not meeting«ethical criteria». That is absolutely preposterous, and I am furious that he has made such lies. I have posted his message in the photos section, and my subsequent response. Just another example of this company’s unprofessionalism. Not only do they have terrible service; they also try to defame consumers’ characters by making up blatant lies to try to make themselves look better. A year after the initial incident actually occurred. I am shocked. I never did anything wrong in this situation. They did not cut off communication with me — I refused to return their calls. I never in any way tried to «circumvent» their«fraud protection services». I never harassed anyone or bullied anyone. I left voicemails as directed by the secretary to the company President, and sent emails after they refused to return our money that we paid for registration(like any customer would who has been ripped off). I provided every piece of documentation required, except for the branch manager’s direct line, which he wouldn’t provide(what else was I supposed to do but ask for my money back in that case?). They knew exactly who my husband and I were, with a plethora of documentation to prove it. But if this is how they treat customers with whom they have trivial discrepancies(that could have been easily resolved, mind you), then I can imagine the ethical standards(or lack thereof) of a business like this. Truly unprofessional.
