Its a huge place to shop around and get things done! By getting things done I mean its all there and fully stocked so you would not have to go any place else. The entire store is kept clean and the washrooms are in a very decent condition. They also have their own parking.

They need more cashiers!!! There quality in the produce is getting horrible for the price. They have messed up on my cake order were they missed placed my order. They offered to replace my order but I had to be at my sons party in 30 minutes. They gave me a free cake but it was dry and stale. I do not recommend this place

I love this place! It’s a huge store with a lot to take in so if you get overwhelmed quickly, this place isn’t for you. They have a wide range if food choices. Seafood, meats, cheese, olive bar(which I hate olives but this place makes them look fancy) oh, and the cake section. Yum. They even have a pharmacy and a Joe Fresh clothing section which is pretty awesome. A Goodlife gym for woman only up top which is a bonus. Finding workers sometimes is hard since the store is soo big. & self checkout sometimes is a nightmare since machines aren’t always reliable. They only seem to have three cashiers open. Unless it’s SUUUPERDOOPER busy which is quite rare. Regardless, I love this place.

This is my local supermarket & it’s a beauty. If the prices on meat were a little lower I would give it 5 stars. But as things are, it has a wonderful produce department with new craves like pink muscat grapes(they taste like candy!) & in Asian food, which has a really well stocked variety of noodles, they have bargains like Nong Shim Oolongmen ramen for 68 cents each. Got a well marbled boneless blade roast beef for $ 17.86, great cut, wish it was $ 2 cheaper, but 8 air chilled chicken drumsticks for $ 6.95 is an excellent value! Frozen juice cans like Minute Maid limeade and Fruitopia raspberry were on for $ 1.00 this week. Big store with everything but the kitchen sink sold here. Try it out, you’ll probably like it!

I love this store! Honestly when I come here, it’s like time stops. I liken it to being in a casino. When I leave, I’m all disoriented, I don’t know if it’s AM or PM or how long I was in there. I just know that I have a cartload of food and clothes and anything else you can imagine and I’m happy. Some people have been complaining about the price… but the prices sit sort of in the middle of Loblaws(which is too rich for my blood) and No Frills(dig them too) and that’s fine with me. I enjoy myself more at RCSS so I’ll pay a bit more. Stores like Metro have prices skyrocketing(who do they think they are, Longo’s?) so it makes me appreciate RCSS even more. I love PC products to begin with, so it’s win-win. I love their bread selection and I’ve never found the produce to be that bad. I really love the JOE clothing as well. I’m at that awkward age where I can’t dress like a teen anymore but I’m not ready for Reitman’s either. Most of my wardrobe is now Joe Fresh, which I like to tell people«I got my clothes at Loblaws». It’s climbing a bit in price but when the stuff goes on sale it goes ONSALE. You just have to sit tight for a month :)

I’ve been to this one a few times, and it fits the bill for me when I need to buy a little bit of everything. It is comparable to a Super Target for those of you from the States like me. The fitting room situation was frustrating, however. It was annoying to have to go in and out of the room to get my items that were over the limit of 6. I had to walk past a line of frowning customers, so I gave up and ended up not buying what I didn’t get to try on since I felt bad that the line was so long. Suggestion: More fitting rooms. Your clothing selection is HUGE and you have three stalls. Use your brains, people.

Overpriced, too big of a store. Honestly it is too overwhelming, I don’t know how you can enjoy doing groceries there. Also I used to take a look at their clothing line every once in a while for some cool contemporary pieces but since when does Joe charge $ 100 for shoes?

This Real Canadian Superstore is great for buying advertised items, and finding the occasional thing on sale(i.e. in the organic aisle, in the front of the store, in the pharmacy, and in the Joe Fresh section). However, if you’re buying things at regular price, it can get pretty pricey. Fruits and vegetables are a bit more expensive and pretty bad quality(go to Fresh Value instead at Islington and Rexdale Blvd, where fruit and veg is cheaper and better quality) Meat and seafood for some reason, never seems quite fresh, and their cheese selection leaves a lot to be desired. I am amazed at their ethnic food section however, they seemed to have a good variety of products here. Also, President’s Choice products are always a great buy and of really high quality. Also, despite there being probably 30 checkouts, you always have to end up waiting awhile which is frustrating. Also hard to find staff to help you in such a large store. Otherwise, parking is great — you always manage to find a spot close to the entrance of the store, and they did a great job zoning — it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
