I think if anything, presotea is known for their huge variety of different bubble teas. The staff are all very friendly and are not bothered when you take your time to decide what you want to purchase or when you ask several questions. This is the only location I know where they provide seats (stc & pmall are the other locations I’ve been to). They have around 10 seats against a wall and there’s one small cushion at the back that can fit around 7 people. They deliver the drink to you if you’re sitting down :)

Grand opening here at Bridlewood Mall, and there is a buy one, get one free deal but limited to a selection of 3 drinks. Panda milk tea, passionfruit green tea, or the a-​li shan ice tea.
The wait to order and to receive our drinks were long. Im not sur eif it is because they have opened not too long ago but we waited about 15 mins for our drinks. From the time of lining up and receiving our drinks. There were only two people ahead of us. Another locations are a lot faster so maybe this delay is due their lack of time on the job?
Anyway. Our drinks were made corrcectly and tasted great. Just the wait was a bit much but understandable i guess. Its good to know there is now a decent bubble tea store in this neighbourhood now.
