when does 50⁄50 customer service equal 1-​star?
a. staff person is friendly, but can’t tell you much.
b. manager/​owner is worse: knows it all, but never returns on promises.
c. product line is visible, but somehow, not available. see b
d. since this happened twice (on fairly large orders even!) THAT justifies 1-​star.
