Nope. Don’t like it. Won’t walk in here ever again. Dude was kind of a douche, mostly because I needed help (whaaaaaaat? A customer needed help?). He was more judgmental of my lack of knowledge in memory cards than actually helping me, so I say one-​star store with a one-​star customer service.

The guy who helped me couldn’t have been quicker and easier to deal with.
Obviously taken his share of passport photos; they were shot/​printed/​cropped rapidly. Most importantly done properly, great work!

I needed passport photos and went to a really cheap place in another little mall nearby. The other place looked really sketchy and haggard and I couldn’t be bothered to take the chance on them botching the photos. I found this place walking down the street. It was a couple dollars more expensive but it looked very professional. The staff were friendly and efficient. They took the picture within two minutes of my arrival and told me it would take 10 or 15 minutes. I went to Second Cup to grab a coffee and by the time I came back the pictures were in my hand. Very good experience, overall.

This place is professional and extremely helpful. My friend had a bunch of photos that he needed to put into a mosaic within the day and I knew of only one place that would be able to help him. So I sent him to this establishment and sure enough before the day is out he has a professional looking mosaic of his child’s photos with no rush charges. I have seen the employees here take their clients seriously and tries to fulfill their photo developing needs. If other places tell you something photo related cannot be done then come here to get another opinion.

The stores inside this little mall continue to surprise me. This store, though small has at least the basic selection that you would expect from a larger chain store. I got exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped with everything I needed; even going as far as giving me a few tips about the item I was buying.
