Perfect Nail Spa

I get shellac done on my nails every 2 weeks here. I’ve been going here for at least a year but had a really bad experience on Saturday, April 23, 2016. I called to make an appointment. When I arrived, there was another customer ahead of me so I waited until they were served. As I was not paying attention to what the lady at the counter was saying to the customer in front of me, I hear her yelling at me as she repeated «go to the back… Miss, GO TO THE BACK». It was like she repeated herself 3 times, raised her voice and the whole salon went quiet and looked at me. I was so embarrassed I just went straight to the back thinking they know who I am. I walk to the back (feeling mortified) and as I’m walking, she calls out at me again and says «miss, are you two together?» and I say «No, I made an appointment and I’m here a little early.» She then tells me to come back to the front, asks my name and then asks me what I’m getting done. She then tells me to have a seat and I was waiting for at least 15 minutes (I was only 5 minutes early). I like to get a flare nail done and they usually don’t charge me extra but this time around, I had a pedicure/​manicure w/​flare and was charged $ 67 (unheard of). The lady at the front who YELLED at me then tried forcing me to give a better tip because there were two girls working on me. I believe i left a good enough tip but I was so upset the way I was treated. I will NEVER go here again! I pay lots of money to have my nails done every two weeks and I always give a good tip. This experience left me feeling very upset and I will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother. Absolutely RUDE and OVERPRICED BS. VERY UNHAPPY.

So disappointed. Third time here and thought it would be okay, be it has never improved only gotten worse. Cold water. Hurried job (even though there were technicians waiting for customers). Cut my nails so short down side of toe. Looks awful. And leg massage involved putting cream on for less than 10 seconds. Find somewhere else. Awful

I have been before and had good pedicures. I had a bad experience there once with a manicure, but it was taken care of by the manager and so I would definitely return. Everyone knows it’s possible to have a bad experience even at the best nail salon and the customer service here was excellent.

I call it the 5 week shellac! Great place for a manicure! Highly recommend.
The reason I don’t give it a 5 star rating is I chose to tag on a lip wax one day. She ripped the skin off my upper lip. It was horrible and took 2 weeks to heal.
Stick to your nails.

I went here for the first time today with a friend — great service, clean and they took us without an appointment! The shellac mani and pedi I got turned out great and it was cheap — $ 66 with tip all together ;) I will go back.

I’ve been here 3 times now, and for the price (very affordable at less than $ 35), you can get a very decent manicure and pedicure. There’s not a lot of pampering and love put into it, but the service is efficient.
And most importantly, the place feels VERY clean. I don’t mess around with cleanliness when it comes to manicures and pedicures, and this place feels clean. They are always very busy, but if any of the girls are not dealing with customers, they can be seen tidying and cleaning.
Went here with my bridal party the day before my wedding though, and felt quite a bit rushed, as though we were in their way. 8 of us were in and out of there in about 1 – 1.5 hours. So like I said, not a place to go to be pampered, but great if you want a quick job done well for a great price!
