I brought my monitor in for repair. Communication with their customers does not seem to be their strong suit. They said they would evaluate it and call me with an assessment the next day but they didn’t call. When I called them, they said the part would be in at the end of the following week. That date came and went and two more weeks went by. During that time, I emailed a couple of times to check the status but got no reply. I finally left a voice message about two and a half weeks after it was supposed to be finished. They called me back to say it was ready. I asked the reason for the long delay and they said it had taken that long to find the part and get it shipped, but didn’t explain why they’d originally told me only a week. I have no idea what happened, whether it really was the delay with the part or whether they simply forgot to repair it or forgot to call me to let me know. In any case, I didn’t appreciate the long delay and the lack of information(and the lack of any apology).
