I walked in, registered and waited no longer than 5 minutes. The doctor was professionally helpful. Since my uhip expired I paid $ 60 which wasn’t bad.
My sister (non Canadian) who was visiting Canada went to the walk in clinic at Loblaws on Carlton and we waited for 2 hours with rude front staff.

first time patient, very attentive customer service, good doctor, and more reasonable than others price wise, however after you are done on the day it seems like they are not as quick nd efficient to call you back for next step (for example test result) i knew for the fact my test has been sent from the lab but i had to go in person as they delayed getting back to me! hummmm like many other fast in getting your money! what about compassion!

I’m American and was on vacation in Toronto. I came down with a UTI and needed to be seen by a doctor to get antibiotics as UTIs cannot be left untreated. Patient Networks was awesome. Not only do they take walk-​ins, but their wait time, which was totally reasonable, is posted online on their website. It only costed me $ 60 CAD to see the doctor for my consultation. Since I was leaving Toronto the next day, the doctor went ahead and skipped running a urine culture (results would have taken several days to return), and instead prescribed a broad spectrum antibiotic (macrobid) that is commonly used for UTIs. They were only $ 23 CAD, and were conviniently filled in the pharmacy directly next door in 15 minutes. This was cheaper and way more convenient and easy than if I was back home in the states. This was 4 days ago and I am, and have been, feeling great ever since. Thanks Patient Networks!

Best walk in clinic I’ve been to in the GTA so far.
You can check the wait time approximated on their website beforehand so you don’t end up waiting for long.
The staff are efficient and friendly, and their doctors are patient and professional, and don’t make you feel rushed or stressed like most walk in clinics do.

Usually I go to the Doctor’s Office on Bloor Street East because it is close to where I live, but as I am usually in the Queen/​Yonge area, I decided to give this place a go.
I was not let down at all. We went before work around 7:45am (they open at 8). There was one person waiting ahead of us outside. They opened right at 8 and started registering people. I am a new patient but it was straight forward to register. We were taken to see the doctor as soon as we were done filling out the forms.
We came here for travel and to get our Twinrix vaccination. Our doctor (female — though I cannot remember her name) was the sweetest person you could imagine. Attentive, friendly, down to earth, understanding — you name it!
We paid $ 70 for the Twinrix and $ 35 fee to see the doctor. My one beef with our visit there was we were never told about the $ 35 fee until the very end. Our doctor was too nice to make a big deal over it, but it is definitely important for them to let you know up front exactly how much your visit will be.
Very good experience overall, and I will certainly be back!

Very good clinic. I have been here a few times now, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and efficient. The place fills up but the wait usually isn’t too long.

Best experience at a walk in clinic I’ve ever had. Very thankful there’s a place like this in the downtown core.

First-​timer at Patient Networks and I am mighty impressed. The lady at the front desk took down my information at the same time that I was filling out the form. (Note: ~10AM)
As per usual, when I go to a walk-​in clinic, I inquire about the number of patients waiting before me. The lady replied, «Only one patient is – » and before she could finish, I was called in by the doctor.

Finally, on the actual doctor-​patient experience:
Dr. Karim Vallani was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Getting a prescription, a referral, and some general health information was just so easy.

I’ve been here plenty of times for check ups and each experience has always been great. My last one was with Dr. Euverman and she was wonderful. Did not hesitate to send me to complete tests when I told her what I was experiencing. They called me back 2 days later to come back for the results. I’ve never had to wait long either. Even if their waiting room is full it’s probably a 20 minute wait max. I highly recommend this practice. All the doctors are great.

Dr. Euverman and Dr. Soneji are great doctors. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend. I’d give the place a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the receptionist staff. They DO NOT answer phone calls nor do they return phone calls either!!! very frustrating!
Best bet is just to walk in non-​peak hours.

Patient’s Network is really fast and efficient! I’ve only had to wait about 10 – 15 minutes before seeing a doctor.
The doctor I had was very patient, answered all my questions in detail. To the ladies, you can also request to see a female doctor if you prefer.
So overall, I had a good experience and would most likely go back to if I ever need to go to a walk-​in.

Came here one morning hoping to see a doctor and still make it to work on time. Even though I showed up ten minutes before they opened I figured it was really unlikely; there were about 8 people ahead of me. I was wrong — first time patient but still was in and out in 25 minutes and made it to work early. I came here for a second opinion on something and doctor prescribed me a medication that seems much more targeted to my issue than the last prescription I got. Not sure the problem is 100% fixed yet, but she was much more helpful than the last doctor. Quick and professional. The receptionists seemed just fine, though I haven’t tried calling in yet.

Fast, efficient and clean. Hands down the best walk-​in clinic I’ve been to because I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen, have gotten my urgent/“day of” medical needs met here, and have never wanted to hold my breath for fear for breathing in germs. And we all know, when we have to crawl out of bed to see an MD while we are off work sick with a high fever, last thing we want is to sit in a waiting room with so much sickness particles floating around you can practically see them with your naked eye!
One star off for their limited hours — luckily I can pop by during the day as I live closeby and have certain daytime hours free, but I imagine folks might run into trouble finding time to pop by. And truthfully, many of us turn to walk-​ins for urgent issues we can’t get in to see our family docs right away, right? So I sincerely do wish the hours could be expanded.
Docs that I’ve seen here all seem to be relatively new in their practice but I have not really run into problems. One time I was referred to ultrasound imaging nearby whose office had some complaints about the referral system and reception of Patient Networks but that still worked out in the end.
All in all, as a walk-​in clinic, they are doing a great job.

This is by far the BEST clinic I have been to in Ontario! The wait times are not that long, the front desk staff are efficient and the doctors are fantastic. My family doctor is part of this clinic but she has been on mat leave for a few months. So I have been seeing the other doctors in this clinic and every single one of them is professional, helpful and courteous. Above all the clinic is super clean and the doctors hygienic (lets just say I have been to other clinics where the doctors expect to lie on a patient bed that has fluids from the last patient — GROSS).

Amazing office. It’s very central (just off Queen) and the doctors on staff are terrific. No matter who I get, I’ve never felt rushed out the door. Their records are electronic and always accessible, regardless of which doctor you get.
That being said — I agree with reception complaints: phones rarely get answered (I find I have more success using their general contact email) and voicemail is generally full. I’ve never received a call back for any of the messages I have left. Friendly isn’t their game either — however, the clinic is stellar and reception becomes a minor issue.

I came here for a second opinion and it was a great walk-​in experience.

They complete electronic health records.
The wait time was just under 20 minutes.
I wish they had weekend hours, that would make this place 5 stars for sure!

My favourite health clinic! The staff are so friendly, and caring. All of the doctors do an exceptional job, however my family/​favourite doctor is Dr Euverman. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she thorough, but she goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are healthy. Can’t say enough good things about her!
I love this clinic, and the services they provide. It’s a great place to go when you’re you need a check up and the wait time is around 20 mins!

One day, in the wee hours of the morning, I laid in bed, wide awake, feeling dreadful. It was at that moment that realized I had better see a doctor, so I immediately hopped on Unilocal to check out walk-​in clinics. After seeing the positive reviews for this clinic, I checked it out. I’m so happy I did.
This walk-​in clinic is phenomenal. As others have said, all staff members are incredibly friendly and efficient. The doctor I had — Dr. Euverman — was fantastic! She really took her time with me, and I felt well-​looked after and respected. I could tell she cared, which is fantastic when you’re feeling crummy. The wait to see the doctor wasn’t long at all! Perhaps it was timing, but based on what other people are saying, this is typical.
Yonge Pharmacy is right next to the clinic, so if you need to pick up a prescription right after, look no further! I had a pleasant experience there as well, so I would recommend it.
This clinic is steps away from Queen Station, and is not difficult to find.
While I hope whoever’s reading this does not need to visit a doctor (I want you to be healthy!), if you must, check this place out.

Excellent doctors. Everyone is good here, no need to pick and choose.
Great service, fast, efficient, the secretaries sometimes seem harassed and rushed because they’re always so busy, but they’re friendly.
They know their stuff, they put prescriptions in digital format and everything is done as paperless as possible. AWESOME.

This one gets a 5 star from me. What?! A doctor’s office that doesn’t have a god awful wait time? Check. Excellent GP? Check. Excellent other doctors should your GP not be around? Check. Conveniently located to TTC, St. Mike’s hospital, and immediate blood and urine testing? Check to all.
I read the other review of Patient Networks, and I would tend to agree. Sometimes, the receptionists can be a little on the snooty side. However, to me that 12 seconds of attitude doesn’t overcome all the positives that this place offers. I have been here many times, through many seasons at many hours of the day and the longest I have ever had to wait was 15 minutes. I compare that to some of my old GP’s where minimum wait time was at least 45 minutes. The doctors at Patient Networks are all young, willing to listen, empathize very well and provide excellent service.
