I’ve been a client for over 4 years now and they keep getting better and better. By far the best looking offices in the city. Their latest location has auto frosting board room glass. Absolutely state of the art facilities with a corporate look that gives Google a run for their money.

I am HORRIFIED with the services with this business! VERYVERY unprofessional! There were some kind of doctors with a ton of people waiting in the waiting room with their translators, instead of renting the translation room. People would open the doors while someone else was in there to see if the office was empty, obviously not paying for services that they are planning on using. Rooms that you book are in use and the hallways are noisy. I had fraud on my bank account in November and contacted the secretary to have her transfer me to the accounting department. She told me that there wasn’t one and that I would have to send an e-mail to them. I did so numerous times with no answer. I sent them a new PAD form via e-mail, as instructed by the secretary but they continued to try and take monthly fees out of the wrong account, even though I had told them that I will write a cheque. To top it off they tried charging me NSF fees when the account was closed down. When I asked for my account statements and to speak to the accounting department the secretary told me that all of the secretaries from each office handle the accounting and that she would look into it for me. I waited weeks with no answer again. I kept calling and kept being told that someone would look into it, but each time I called back the secretary had forgotten why I had called in the first place and what was going on with my account. I was calling to pay them and rectify my accounts. You’d think that they would want their money. This all went on for 3 months and I finally I asked for a meeting with the office manager who originally did my intake, or someone higher up than the secretary. The secretary told me she’d call with a scheduled time that we could meet. Another week went by and I called again. She then said that nobody handles customer complaints or issues and that I would have to send a new PAD form and it would be ok. I was very angry and told her to have someone call me immediately or I would call the BBB and write the truth of their business practices on a review. I think you can guess what happened with that… I am pulling my business from OfficeExec and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

You get what you pay for. They are one of the cheapest virtual office companies in the GTA, but very unreliable and unprofessional. Lots and lots of problems, including phones being transferred to the wrong extension on a regular basis(several times a week), mail being misplaced or lost, overcharging on monthly fees, and generally being understaffed. We subscribed to their virtual office package that included phone answering, mail delivery, and access to their meeting rooms. If they can’t do a core aspect of their service offerings correctly, then what’s the point? Avoid.
