I was very late from my appointment (more than half an hour!) but they accommodated me reorganizing their schedule. I was impressed how nice was everybody working together to solve the situation. I was expecting a shorter treatment time due to my late arrival but it was even more than an hour! Kyle, my therapist was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have massages and foot reflexology massages on a regular basis but he was the best I’ve ever had (especially if you like a strong one) Not a fancy spa but neat and clean. It’s a family run business and you will feel right away that they care.
I can hardly wait to return!

Wonderful discovery. Clean, well priced and excellent therapists. I had reflexology with Joe and body treatment with Roc. I know my anatomy and it was evident that both are very skilled practitioners, able to do real therapeutic work and not just relaxation massage– although they can certainly do that if you prefer. I will be back. Often.

Had a great reflexology session with Roc. During the foot soak, he focused on the knots in my neck instead of just going through the typical neck/​shoulder/​arm routine. Sounds silly but that’s what made the session great… Most of the other reflexology places I’ve been to just go through the motions. Roc had a knack for finding the trouble spots and working them out. The rates are reasonable and the place is clean and cozy.

Clean, affordable, and full of talented people. I followed Joe from his previous workplace. He’s one of the most skilled Tuina specialist I’ve met. His wife is also great at giving massages. I would recommend this spa to anyone with back pains or stress.

this is a great «cheap and cheerful» place to go for a body or foot massage. if you want the best and most therapeutic massage ever, ask for the owner, Joe.

Like the other posters here, I also originally met Joe at the previous spa he worked at. I’m so pleased that he’s owned up his own place with his wife and son. They provide excellent service, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services, particularly for reflexology. I look forward to returning on a regular basis, and may try out his son Kyle’s massage services, as he’s an RMT. I hope everyone will support this lovely family business, as they truly deserve to succeed!

love this place. My boyfriend and I have been going to see Joe for years and we were so excited when Joe told us that he was opening his own shop with his family. And it’s very much a family run business.
My bf gets full body massage with Joe and swears by it. I usually do reflexology and Joe is also amazing at that. He has a real talent for knowing when something is ailing in your body and helping to relieve it. I recently had reflexology with Joe’s wife and she was also amazing. in fact, i’m not sure who is better.
It is not luxury spa, but the quality of service and massage is top notch. I always feel amazing when I leave. and it doesnt hurt that prices are great :)

This is my go-​to spa!
I have gotten many, many massages in my life as I used to be a full-​time athlete and I have never gotten a better foot massage than I have with Joe. I was a loyal client of his at another spa and followed him here. I get a foot massage from him every second week now. :)
This is a family-​run local business in the Annex and have great rates. Don’t expect an over-​the-​top luxury spa, but rather a quaint and convenient place that is even great for last-​minute walk-​in appointments. In terms of massage quality, I can say that Joe’s technique is really good. I have left happy every single time.
Anyways, this place is great and I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a solid massage.
