The office at Clairhurst Medical, but now on the main floor facing St. Clair. I’ve always been happy with Nikki’s service. She specializes in the paediatric set and was recommended by our paediatrician. My daughter and I like her«bedside» manner. She explains everything. Her office assistants are also helpful and friendly. My one reservation is that the assistants, who also help choose the frames, sometimes do not pay attention to important details when fitting the glasses(they are great at choosing the style). This is particularly important for growing children. Once, they ordered a too small size, but I called the office before it was too late and we managed to get the right one. Another time(when I was not with my daughter), they sized her for a lovely deep frame(my daughter already needs progressives) but didn’t realize that the frames actually sat on her cheeks when when placed properly on her nose. When you are paying $ 500+ for a pair of glasses, you want them to fit!!! If I were able to rate components of this business, I’d give Nikki 5 stars but the glasses sales 3 stars only.
