The worst service ever. Don’t plan on returning, let alone exchanging anything here, even if it’s brand new and still in the bag.
I received a bag as a gift but it wasn’t my style, not having the receipt I was fine if I could simply exchange it. They made some BS excuse on not being able to look up the item. IT STILL HAD THE TAGS ON!
I’m probably going to go back just to yell at them and make a scene, because typing this is getting me all riled up

Don’t buy Michael Kors. Seriously. Terrible products for the price and pathetic customer service. You’d do better with your money buying brands that aren’t suddenly in the limelight without having a quality and customer service process.
I got my bag here (it was a blue leather) and the leather colour starting wearing off within less than two months of light use. I went to the store, where they clicked pictures and took my details saying they’ll call me back to let me know if they can do anything. But they also told me that they only have a warranty on hardware and such and this is «wear and tear». Well Michael Kors, let me tell you I love bags, and have many high-​end ones. Never has any bag costing so much worn off so soon or shown so much «wear and tear». And never has any company pretenting to be anything other than cheap goods not taken any quality responsibility.
Now, they didn’t only call or email back, but also aren’t returning my voice messages.
The three Michael Kors products I own are three too many. I’m going to stick to other brands. I’m just furious at being ripped off like this. Don’t fall for the sudden fascination people have with this S — — - — Y brand. It’s charging prices to fill it’s pockets without giving you anything for it.

I was here the other day, but didn’t find anything I was looking for. I’ve purchased from Michael Kors in the past (actually from their Vegas location), and like Melissa W, I was frustrated, when my new green back turned my white shorts and tank a greeny/​yellow colour, just from colour transfer from carrying the purse for one day! I had to send it back to the location I purchased it from, so that might just be an MK policy.

Came in the other day looking for a pair of flats. Found the perfect pair, waited around to catch the attention of a sales associate and was blatantly ignored. Lost out on at least $ 150 from me that day. Won’t be coming here again.
