I sometimes visit this McDonalds for breakfast, and while the line ups can be massive, it moves fast and there are always lots of cashiers available. There is lots of seating in this freshly-renovated food court and plenty of TVs around to watch the news while you eat.

the staff that work there are so incompetent! They stare at you when you place an order and make you repeat each sentence again! They are a cluster of complete morons!!! Revamp them and start from scratch. Maybe you might pick out some credible employees who actually want to work. The only employee that stands out as polite and professional is someone by the name of Francis. She friendly and deserves to be recognized by her manager.

Located in the large underground concourse mall that connects all of downtown Toronto, this McDonald’s location is always busy Monday to Friday serving the masses of workers who stop by here for lunch. Lines tend to be very long, therefore wait times are also long as well. Food is the same as at any other McDonald’s location and service is prompt. Location lacks coffee bar that are now commonly found at other restaurants in the area, which takes away points for those looking for a quick caffeine fix without breaking your budget.

It’s the closest McDonald’s to my workplace underground. Which is convenient… especially when it’s 10:17am and I realize that I may miss out on breakfast if I don’t hurry. Not that that has ever happened. But IF it did, this would be the location that I would run to, panting for breath, only to realize that the line shows others had my same idea.
