Mane Society Salon & Spa

Like others who experienced bad service at the other Mane Society locations, I had received a voucher as a gift. My first treatment was for a 1 hour massage. I got there 15 minutes early. But my therapist was late, finishing up with anoher client. So I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time. It seemed I was the last customer of the day. And while the therapist apologized & the massage was okay, it really curtailed my enjoyment of it.
When I called to book another treatment the lady who answered the phone very snootily informed me that they were not honouring the vouchers anymore. I could have complained to the people who sold the vouchers but it was such a hassle getting this one because the original voucher was for an eco spa that went out of business & this voucher was a replacement. So rather than go through the hassle of getting a replacement voucher I let it go & wrote this review. Be forewarned peeps, these people at Mane Society seem to only care about taking your money & not giving you your money’s worth!
