Small selection of German and France wines that I usually buy. Some of the known brands aren’t there. Large kosher section. Sort of backwards lcbo with ending hard liqours. Also huge useless section of many local and Canada based wines. It’s ok if on the way.

This LCBO location is rather small and the kosher wine section here is pretty skinny. Luckily they had the kosher wine I wanted. The lady at the cash was pretty suspicious and asked for my I.D.(I’ll take that as a compliment) but then she also asked for my friends I.D. as well who was with me and she wasn’t purchasing anything; she was just with me. I found that rather strange and annoying and this made the entire transaction so much longer and awkward. I don’t think I feel comfortable visiting this location again.

This is a small location and only really had the basics. On the eve of Rosh Shashona, the small Kosher wine section was completely sold out. What was disheartening about the location, was when my fiancé was standing next to me, I asked him for his Air Miles card. The cashier gave us a dirty look and told us, that the Air Miles card has to belong to the person that is paying(which was me). Um, we were obviously together and not only that, my own air miles card is the same account and looks identical with his name on it. We said to her, we have the same account(as if we even have to justify this) and she still repeated, OKAY but next time you should not. I don’t know what stick she has up in places.
