If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! Ordered lunch, paid for lunch, lunch never showed up! When I called and sat on hold forever they told me that they hadn’t received the order, even though I’d placed it online and had a confirmation email. Terrible customer service… if this franchise is still open in 3 months, I’ll be shocked!
