I have had the pleasure of ordering 30 Kupcakes for a very special event, and I was blown away by the level of service, quality and professionalism that Kupcakes offers.
I was in correspondence with the owner, Kaitlyn, to discuss my needs and she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of.
I had asked for a plaque to be made with a message on it, and she created a small cake instead (certainly above and beyond) at no extra cost.
The level of creativity and beauty that goes into her work is second to none.
On top of it all … it was vegan AND nut-free!
Not something most bakers can guarantee.
