After 9 weeks and a long conversation with the owner the store finally agreed to give me the shirts and refund the full purchase price.

AVOID. Their stuff is grossly overpriced and very poor quality. All shirts shrunk when professionally laundered. Collars and cuffs poor quality and sales associates know nothing about what they are selling. Wait for a Harry Rosen online sale. You can buy Canali dress shirts that are normally 300 bucks for less than $ 100 instead of this garbage masquerading as menswear.
