Extremely disappointing customer service — its almost as if they do not care for your business. The sales person was very rude and actually hung up on me! There’s plenty of furniture stores out there, I’ll pick another one that really earns my business by treating me respectfully.

I bought my new amazing sectional couch from here. I LOVE IT! They have some really nice furniture, all crammed into a small area. They have quite a bit of cool furniture, most of it is condo sized and quite modern/​European style.
The warehouse is located in town so they can deliver stuff immediately (no 4 – 6 week wait like the ^&@$^ Brick!) They were also very accommodating with deliver date and time, allowing me to chose the specific date and time (evenings, yay!)
Bonus points for the delivery man/​owner being extremely helpful and nice, he helped me with set up and removed all the cardboard boxes and helped me carry them downstairs, etc. Basically went above and beyond what was required.

Don’t be fooled by the name, this is more than just a rug store. Though not much more, I’ll agree. I often wonder about these little stores and how they survive, it seems like a hard sell to make your living off a rug store. But hey, all the power to you.
This store is super small, and they crammed in as much furniture as they possibility can. They have couches, and tables, lamps and even art work for sale. They had some really cute table lamps for $ 69-​$ 89. Not too bad. They had a large hang style lamp for $ 500, which all things considering (not that I myself would pay that for a lamp) wasn’t too bad. I guess you had to see the lamp to judge it.
Their whole second floor area was decided to rugs. They had a pile load of different rugs. If you’re looking for a rug, check them out. They have different collections of rugs such as the vegetable dye collection, the Tibetan Nepalese collection and the hand tufted contemporary collection. I’ve never bought or had a rug in my life (except for a Christmas rug my mom bought me at costco), but after being inspired by this store, I might go pick one up!
