I live nearby, so this is my dry cleaner of choice. Decent price, thorough job, no bullshit. 5 stars!

I can’t believe I never reviewed Guaranty! Where is my mind?! Well– this is my dry cleaner of choice. I don’t go often but I do go only to them(in the area). It’s all in the name. If you want reliable service and a no-fail pickup, Guaranty is it. Reasonable prices too, probably due to their lean operations. Very mom and pop, no &sons. My only issue are the hours. Not open late and slow turnaround in my opinion(no same day service or overnighters. They tend to need 48 hours). I RECOMMEND– Avoiding the weekend rush if you can. Even for pickups. EXTRATIP– No answering machine service(not even a recording with business hours) and no website so yea, they’re old school like that.

i have to agree, this family owned business rocks! Thanks Dale M, after reading your review I went down there myself armed with black winter coat covered [generously] in cat hair, 2 pairs of long dress pants and a belt… it was too big and needed another hole punched in… would they do that for me? indeed! what great service and a great price too! must say I’m hooked and will head down there with the rest of my alterations and dry cleaning. the place is small and easy to miss as its tucked in a tight little spot, between a travel agent and some café… well worth find in the neighbourhood!

These people are SO nice. Husband and wife team who’ve been doing it for over 30 years(dry cleaning, that is). Ladies, I apologize for the gloating. Men — shirts are $ 1.50 for regular and $ 2.50 for special care if you’re willing to wait three days. I get special care because I’m fussy and it’s not as harsh on my clothes. I suspect women’s prices are probably very good relative to the rest of the market, but I don’t have a vested interest in that element of the industry. I’ve been doing all my drycleaning there for 14 months(usually four to five shirts a week, and often pants and suits). I’ve had three or four melted /broken buttons and one shirt that went missing for a week(which they were willing to pay for if it didn’t show up). They also do good alterations. I’ve been happy with every hemming job. Recommend.
