I was seriously so disappointed by this place. I had been getting extensions for 10 years (6 in LA) before entering their doors and therefore was an experienced consumer. After consulting with one very friendly staff person I had decided on a full head of micro links. Victoria (who is no longer there) did a great job. I was told that I would receive a free blow dry with the purchase of my extensions. I was also told that I could reuse the hair. After a couple of months I went back to get my hair reinstalled because after a month I had very few extensions left in my hair. The hair was reused but in my opinion not a quality to be reusable. I had booked an appointment for my free blow dry and get a re installation of a new set. When I arrived I was informed that I was not entitled to a free blow dry. Both stylists I had met were no longer with the company and the 3 hours I drove was basically in vain. The owner was rude and definitely not interested in keeping a well-​tipping customer.
My advice: Go anywhere else!
