I was desperate to get a hair cut and colour before I have my baby! I called a few places in the dundas west area to book an appt for that same afternoon and George answered — he squeezed me in at 5pm — a last minute request I’m grateful for!
George was extremely friendly and knows his stuff — he made suggestions based on my hair texture and current colour. he didn’t unnecessarily die my hair the way many hairdressers do (and charge you) — he did exactly what I asked for, including with the hair cut. even though the salon closed while I was there, George took his time to make sure my hair looked just right and didn’t rush because technically they were closed.
this will definitely be my go-​to place going forward!

I had my first visit to Dalilah on Friday April 24 2015. I have rather coarse, thick hair, that can be a challenge to some hairdressers. I brought a couple of pictures to the appointment, to give George an idea of what I would like. He moved my hair around and told me he would not be able to do the back the way in the photo, then he showed me why. The hair on the back of my head grows in a swirl all to the left. I would never get the look I wanted. He told me how he could change that up a bit to make it almost the same. He then gave me a great shampoo, and started to cut.
I am so pleased that George took the time to look at my hair before cutting. I think my new style is great. Never did I feel that I was getting a cookie cutter hair cut.
I will be back and telling my friends about Dalilah Hair Salon, and George.

George is a welcoming and experienced professional. Accomodates guys like me who tend to call for same day appointments (!). It’s a clean and spacious atmosphere with excellent hours. Consistent haricuts tailored to the individual with honest and helpful advice. Great to see this place in the Junciton! Well done.

My experience at Dalilah was 5 star all the way. First of all — you should know that this place is open until 7 on Mondays (unlike most business in the area that are closed on Mondays). It is clean and modern inside with a relaxing atmosphere. I had a great time while I was there, laughing and chatting with my stylist. And afterwards I received many compliments on my hair. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent.

George, the lead stylist is phenomenal. He has decades of experience as an award winning stylist in Europe before expanding his business into Canada. The salon is lovely, clean, bright and the service was fantastic.
