Great shop– super helpful staff– great with newbies– Serge was a fountain of knowledge and was focused on providing me with information, and not on a sale.

This was my first time buying a brand new bike, and with the help of Serge and his team I found the perfect bike for me! I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking to get a quality bike for city or leisure riding. The guys at Cycle Couture are so knowledgeable and friendly and will help you through the bike-​finding process, especially if biking/​bike brands are something you’re new to. I have visited numerous bike shops around Toronto looking for a bike and Cycle Couture really stands out. I ended up purchasing a Public Mixte M7 from them and I couldn’t be happier!

This is an amazing bike shop. Last summer, they did an emergency fix for me really quickly and really well, so this spring I brought my bike in for its tuneup.
They did a bang up job.
It turned out that the last person who had put pedals on my bike (NOT at this shop — another one) stripped the bolts so I needed new pedals, a new crankset… I thought it would be a nightmare. But they explained everything to me step-​by-​step and did it for an amazing price.
My bike runs so smoothly now and the pedals aren’t in danger of falling off mid-​ride! Yay! Thanks Cycle Couture!

Great service and nice bikes. What more is there to ask for?

This place has some mad expensive bikes. Velorbis and Herskind+Herskind models hang on their bare white walls like two-​wheeled artwork. Seriously gorgeous stuff that reminded me of Dutch girls in long skirts, light rail, scarves-​in-​every-​season and other chunks of Europeanness. The store stocks sturdy commuters with thick white wheels, speedy fixed– and single-​gear bikes, accessories (though not a tonne of stuff) and they also have a shop in the back for repairs.
While I’m not presently in the market for a four-​figure bike, I appreciate what they have. For now I will covet their items lustfully and from afar.
