I dealt with Ron from Custom Art Concepts this week over email, phone and face-​to-​face to create a custom piece for a friend on fairly short notice.
Ron responded immediately to my email, followed up with a phone call to clarify some details when he noticed this was a rush order and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in-​person when I had to make my final selections.
This was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had and the final product was perfect as well. Visiting the office to see the product showcase is pretty cool too.
Custom Art Concepts is well-​deserving of my first five star rating.
