I signed up for Unilocal just to give this reciew. Apparently there is no option for no star, so i guess i will have to give 1…
Worst customer service ever!
So we got a dress as a gift. We needed to exchange for size since it didn’t fit our baby girl.
We went there a week after we got the dress, tag on, original wrapping, original box and bag. Website says they open at 1030am on saturday, got there at 1045, no one is at work.
Tried again a week later. Lady working at the time says can’t return as it is more than 14 days return period. The receipt doesn’t even say anything. PLUS, we only needed to exchange for one size up. The product was still current and on their rack.
Talk about bad customer service. The most inflexible store EVER.
