The first time I went here to print a document, they were rude, careless and didn’t seem to know any basic PDF knowledge; not to mention the lack of service and effort to answer any questions I had about document set up.
The second time I came here (my regular printer is on holidays and it was the closest shop to me so I decided to give it another chance). It was the same terrible experience. The manager was yelling at someone on the phone, and the so-​called in house designer (probably the manager’s cousin or buddy) was arrogant and rude. This shop should definitely not call themselves a print service, because there’s absolutely no service involved. The energy in there is depressing and antagonistic. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
