Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I bought a Samsung vacuum cleaner from this location a year ago. I lost my receipt and they were able to pull up my purchase using the card I made the purchase with. I was told that I would have to go to Samsung to have them issue a repair or refund. Samsung wouldn’t honor the warranty because they had an issue with the machine being from the US even though it was purchased in Canada. I got a call from the store a day later from the manager at CT who had heard about my issue and told me to return to the store for a store credit. I am now the proud owner of a Dyson.(PS, don’t buy Samsung vacuums!) Thanks Naeem and CS cashiers I dealt with. You made my day.

I can’t handle this place. My bike tire popped. This was the closest place to get it fixed but I would go to any over-priced bike shop next time just to avoid the hassle of this Canadian Tire’s incompetent staff. I called for 3 days to get a clear answer on when their bike mechanic would be available and every time I got a different answer. The confusion would arise after being transferred several times between upstairs and downstairs phone lines and also being told they don’t do bike repairs at all. I found this hard to believe. I got fed up and walked my bike over from where it had been locked, and the same juggle between floors and mixed messages persisted. We don’t do bike repairs; we do but their downstairs; we do but you have to pay first upstairs; no, we don’t have a bike repair shop; of course we have a bike repair shop… ad infinitum, Disdain aside, I was happy to finally get my tire replaced for $ 24. It’s something I should probably just learn to do myself for $ 12, but alas, I am lazy and uninformed. So I guess the service staff here and I have a lot in common in that regard. Paying for my tire repair was another hassle involving a lot of step aerobics between floors and debate with the cashier over whether/not I had a real receipt for a real service that was really performed in this Canadian Tire. Then I went back downstairs and retrieve my bike from the repair dude who didn’t recognize me from approximately 10 minutes earlier. If you have an interest in getting paid to repel customers from your store and having limited knowledge of what goods and services your company provides, I highly recommend submitting your resume to this Canadian Tire where you will suddenly become gainfully employed.

Worst customer service of any box store that I have visited. The managers are rude, the store owner is beyond rude, and there is never anyone to help you. The area for seasonal merchandise is always a mess, they never have enough staff to keep the place clean and tidy, there’s always stuff on the floors. I only go here when I’m absolutely desperate.
