I brought my son to this office for blood work. He is exceptionally nervous about needles and his anxiety was very high. The staff were utterly amazing !! Skilled, calming, and supportive. While distressed, he remained calmer than I have ever seen him with needles and no tears were shed. Clean, comfortable office space.

This CML office has very polite and professional staff. They process patients fast. I’ve also noticed that phlebotomists are well trained (almost no pain from needle stick). This is the laboratory where I do all of my labs. Although 600 Sherbourne location is for me 2 minutes walk away, I’d rather get on my bike and visit the 1366 Yonge location.
