Brilliant company to deal with. Kind understanding staff. Everything went according to plan. Sofas arrived on time in perfect condition, Excellent quality and looks stunning. Geoff & Jay were fantastic, they unwrapped it, set it in place and removed all packaging from the house. I would highly recommend BoConcept.

I originally heard about this store from two friends of mine over Brunch, Heather and Ted. Bo Concept is an interesting place with some interesting furniture designs. The service is nice and the store is well done. I was interested in some of their coffee tables. They have some interesting designs with amazing function.

We can’t say enough about BoConcept! Having lived in Toronto long enough to have moved over 10 times and furnished countless places, BoConcept has the trifecta of what keeps bringing us back: high-​quality, unique, appealing, affordable products, amazing (!!!) customer service, and wonderful post-​purchase support.
Most recently we bought the pull-​out ottomans (a large footstool, covered in the fabric of your choice, that opens into a comfortable single bed — we bought two and used them in our condo for well-​rested guests all the time). After years of use, one of the ottomans broke (totally our fault!). BoConcept actually replaced the item, despite the long-​expired warrantee. And even helped take the old one out of the car and bring the new one back — all with a smile and great personal service.
While we were there to do the exchange, we saw great furniture ideas, and interesting décor pieces (those impulse purchases that always get added onto our purchases there).
We guarantee you’ll be happy at Bo — and get compliments galore from people who come to your house and see such neat and novel items.

As an Architect I am fortunate to have a numerous options and contacts to help me decorate my personal home. I worked with one of their Interior decorators to pick out the majority of furniture for my contemporary home which was supplemented with some Modernist era pieces.
The final look is a clean lined, crisp and refined combination of monotone colours and textures. The furniture from BoConcept made in Denmark is of high quality at very reasonable prices. You could easily spend more on lower quality furniture trying to achieve a similar look. The overall offerings from this company are coordinated across their entire line. As such, furnishing an entire home is possible without having to stress if the pieces will ‘go together’.
As I mainly deal with larger scale buildings in everyday practice, having their Decorator to lend their expertise to the details of the furnished space really helped focus in on a myriad of options. The install crew was quick and conscientious about protecting the existing finishes during the install and clean up. As such, I have and will continue to recommend anyone looking to furnish their home to this line of furniture.

My family purchased a king size bed for about $ 3500 and it was very nice. The staff at the store gets 4 stars for their service. The bed and quality gets 4 stars. The reason I gave this review 3 stars is because of the assembly of the bed. They had two men deliver the bed and assemble it together.
It was not done right, drilled extra unnecessary holes in our wall to hold the headboard. Although these extra holes weren’t visible after the headboard gets mounted but this shouldn’t have happened if they were professionals. The headboard should have been mounted flushed to the wall form top to bottom but the way they did it was only flushed at the top and the bottom part of the headboard slanted and touches the wall. However the mistake was forgivable as these two men worked really hard to put it together. They initially came in our house and said it would be a very easy job that would take maybe 1.5 hour but ended up taking them over 3 hours.
The other reason I didn’t give it 4 stars was because we had requested chrome legs for the bed but instead the wrong type of legs came with it. Though it’s a minor issue but it did cause inconvenience as one of us had to take work off to physically be home when they had to come back to the house to reinstall.

BoConcept might not be on the strip of expensive furniture and décor stores on King Street East, but their prices are comparable.
For $ 150 their store-​hired interior decorators will come to your place to take measurements, and then give you their ideas and suggestions on how to furnish your digs (with BoConcept products of course). The $ 150 also goes towards your purchase.
I found their selection of fabrics and colours to be limiting. Their prices are pretty ritzy so those who are price-​conscious should head to Ikea instead.
With that said, they do have a some pretty cool furniture, like sectionals that lock together magnetically to prevent the slip and slide effect (which is most likely to occur when you’re at your drunkest).
Their interior decorators are relatively young, and in my opinion relatively inexperienced. Of course, you have to take that with a grain of salt as their ideas are only as good as the line of products carried by the store.
