The worst customer service. Extremely rude and the Indian lady yells at you. I was unable to come in and called multiple times to cancel and no one picked up. I suggested any other time and she refused to rebook me. Will not be going there

I’ve been going to Farhana since the dawning of time and she is the ONLY person I trust with my very sparse and oddly shaped eyebrows. She doesn’t assume what you want and makes sure that your brows are to your liking before you leave. No need to worry about if she’s removing too much hair as she gives you a mirror so you can watch what she’s doing– that way you can put as much (or little) input as you see fit. I would totally recommend this place!
Also, I’ve never been to suzanne (the hair stylist) but she can do ANY hair type; trust me i’ve seen clientele of different races in her chair leaving looking fabulous. So try them out!

I had a wax done by the owner and she did a great job. Very thorough and was sure to leave my satisfied with the end result. Very friendly customer service as well. I would definitely go again.

I went here for waxing (underarms, full legs, and brazilian). It was horrible, I would not come here again, she burned me around my inner thighs and underarms. Now left with scars… Only came here because there was a deal on their waxing. Never again will I come here, now I’m too afraid of going anywhere for waxing in case this happens again.

I got a perm done by Suzanne. She’s amazing! I asked for a spiral perm and I got exactly what I wanted. I showed her pictures of what I wanted it to look like and she did exactly that. I would definitely recommend and come back.
