Don’t go to this place. The woman in the front desk is very rude. Bay College Medical & Lockwood Diagnostic located at 790 Bay St is much better.

Worst walk in experience ever, don’t come. Dr. Whatever his name was(Asian guy, tan, gay) SORUDEANDGIVES customers attitude. All he does is just prescribe shit and doesn’t even care about the actual problem. Don’t come to this place for a walk in. They don’t give a shit about their clients.

I couldn’t believe this place when it was recommended to me; it’s open almost every day of the week. It was 10 minutes away from where I worked AND where I lived. It turned out that I never had to go anywhere BUT the center because there were laboratories RIGHTINTHEBUILDING. Really, it couldn’t get better. Waiting is painful here though — I am never sure why I make an appointment because regardless, I wait at least 20 minutes. The admin is – less than hospitable — there is possibly 2 friendly admins and the rest talk to you as if they’d rather jump off the CN Tower than talk to you — I’m sorry you don’t like your job… I believe I am in a good position to judge this center seeing that I had been faithful to them for the last 5 years. I am not sure why because they were not able to fix me ATALL. My body was clearly broken and not working property and yet all the tests told me i was«in perfect health» and the doctor could never remember WHAT she prescribed or WHAT test she had me go to. I spent sooo much money buying every prescribed drug, spent so much time time going to labs and waiting getting all the tests done to hear that she didn’t know what’s wrong. her diagnose was that i was possibly stressed(which was funny to me because my life at this time was the calmest — and I was pretty happy). I am not sure if this place is just made up of bunch of «professionals» who don’t really care about helping the general public but know that they can get money by prescribing stuff — whether it’s helpful or not, and is taking advantage of their position — but it is certainly the impression that it left me with.

This is really confusing. Bay College Medical Centre is located at 777 Bay St.(the east side of Bay), with entrance only through the Rexall/Pharma Plus. Bay College Medical & Lockwood Diagnostic is located at 790 Bay St.(the west side of Bay), part of a larger office building adjacent to the CIBC. The latter is newer, takes walk-ins, and actually has a website. The former is older, doesn’t take walk-ins, and even the Google Maps link for it points to the wrong web address( ) In any case, on to the review(of Bay College Medical Centre): I got hooked up with Dr. Albert S.C. Wong, and he’s great. Relatively young, clean-looking, speaks clear and articulate English. I haven’t gone to him for anything too complicated, but he’s been approachable and knowledgeable from what I can tell. The admins here are hit-and-miss: there’s a young girl that is a pleasure to deal with, and an old Chinese mom who is really curt on the phone. Steel yourself a bit if you’re dealing with her, and don’t let her push you around. As mentioned, entrance is only through the Rexall/Pharma Plus. The waiting area is pretty tight, and the screening rooms are old and would definitely be improved by a reno. That said, I don’t have frequent need for a GP, so I’m happy enough with the Doctor’s treatment that I can let these other criticisms slide. Also, though they don’t take walk-ins, I can typically call in the morning and get an appointment the same day. — Note: I put up an accurate streetview cap of this clinic. The other one is wrong, and certainly isn’t helping.
