I went for a full body scrub and was completely dissatisfied. The therapist felt like they were new to the human body. Dangling limbs instead of supporting while scrubbing, shuffling around the room in noisy pants, no flow to the treatment at all. When I wrote an email to the owner about my experience I recieved an abrupt and rude response back from the therapist/receptionist(apparently), informing me that it was my fault because I called«too last minute» prior to set up an appointment so she was all they had for me.

I used to come here for laser treatment and massages. For laser, I felt like I was overcharged for really old equipment. After a year of treatment, most of the hair went away but not completely. I stopped doing laser and switched my money(I had purchased a package) for a massage. Massages qualify for RMT and therefore receipts for medical insurance. But most of the people doing the massage are not RMT. You have to specifically request for one. I personally don’t like the masseuses here as much. Most of them wear gloves which feel weird against the body when rubbed in oil. I also had to keep asking their RMT Rose to apply more pressure because it wasn’t enough. The massages by the owner feel very creepy/feely. My sister and her boyfriend also get the same vibe. I also had a bad experience where the management charged me for service that hadn’t been rendered. I had to argue for an hour and still left feeling like I was wrong(but I know I wasn’t).

Got a mani/pedi special. First, they don’t have a great selection of colours. Even the way they display the nail polishes is very unorganized… it’s very hard to sample. Second, they did too many coats on my manicure which meant I stayed there for a year trying to dry my nails. Lastly, my mani/pedi was not nicely done — it looks like I did it myself at home. Most importantly, it didn’t even last 2 full days! Although the person doing my mani/pedi was nice, the service was not the greatest and I didn’t feel welcomed there as a client.

I had an appointment Monday, July 28, 2014. When I called to book this appointment, the person who answered was discreet and did not give me a welcome greet for a new client. StilI went ahead and booked a facial, mani & pedi and repeatedly mention I was a new client. I didn’t want to judge from there and perhaps my service will go okay. The appointment day: when I sat down to get ready for my mani & pedi, I asked to get shellac done but was told I couldn’t because there was a screw up on the booking & not enough time because they were booked. Long-Red-Haired girl did my nails. A bit messy but tolerable. ITFELLAPARTWITHIN2-DAYS &THEENDOFTHEWEEK I HAVE A WEDDINGTOATTEND! As for the facial, no problem. I was happy with the facial. After going on the spa’s website and reading their services and what to expect as a new client, I was disappointed. What should have been done is that, as a new client, the owner(she was there and who took my booking) should have sat down with me or at least talked to me more on the phone at time of booking as a new client.
