this was the worst experience ever! I haven’t had a massage or body treatment of any kind for over 10 years and was really looking forward to a body massage, body scrub, facial and pedicure to all i which booked 2 weeks in advance. Coming by subway the power went out at ossington st. so called hubby to call the spa and cancel, once i hung up with him subway service resumed so i hopped back on and at st. george st. called hubby again to call the spa that im still coming, total 3 min between calls to the spa. I got there right at 2 which was my appointment time. they said they took a pedicure walking since i called to cancel and said you can wait 20 min they will take me no problem. So there i was waiting, waiting, 20 min go by and no show of anyone, then secretary comes in to say another 7 min and then she will be done, waited a total of 45 minutes! before the owner comes out and said that my husband called and canceled therefor could not do the complete package i had scheduled, i was soo furious! i told her you called twice to confirm i was coming and i did say i was coming! they took a 20 dollar pedicure over almost 200 dollars worth of work, priority to customers who actually call 2 weeks in advance should be taken seriously, not walk ins. I told them i was soooo disappointed and all she can repeatedly say that she was sorry, awful! awful, plus while i was waiting it was freezing cold in the entrance where i sat for 45 min! i had to waste $ 6 in subway service and wasted 45 min of my busy day. Do not recommend this place to no one, do yourselves a favor and go to another spa such as SUKA in Ronce, don’t ever go here!

Not even 1 star because I am so frustrated and in tears because of the deal I bought for 2 back massages and 2 pedicures at this place. I scheduled my appointment 2 months ago. When I showed up for my appointment they were not even opened. Wasted my time going there, paying for parking and waiting for nothing. I am trying to get a refund back but they won’t let me because I purchased my deal off travelzoo. Travelzoo keeps telling me their refund policy is only 7 days. So now I am stuck with two vouchers that I couldn’t use and do not want to reschedule for. Wasted my money and time. Very unhappy.

I came across this place through a voucher I purchased. You would think that the spa’s location is situated in the Raddison, but its not. They are located in the vicinity of the hotel but are not a part of the hotel services. So dont be fooled by the great location .I purchased a 2 hr nail rejuvenation spa package which was supposed to include a deluxe manicure, pedicure, massage and paraffin wax treatment. However, I was out in 1 hour 40 minutes. The owner was the one who did my session and once she realized I was a voucher customer her customer service appeared to go down. The receptionist was absent that day so she kept disappearing in midst of my session to attend phone calls. They didnt use water to soak my hands for the manicure– she said it wasnt needed. Also her nail polish application skills were not very polished ! Massage was for 2 minutes. Tall claims on voucher like reflexology points will be used — rubbish. She seemed eager to just get the session over with ! The UV dryer was not used to dry the nails because she said the top coat should suffice and the dryers were very slow anyways !!! As a result polish was chipped while I was in salon itself. The voucher was for $ 29 and After tax and tip it was $ 47. Forget a spa experience, me thinks a regular manicure pedicure at any other place has better standards and customer service. There are lots of places around this area that offer manicure pedicure for $ 35. Maybe a regular priced customer will get better service compared to voucher customers ! I had unfortunately purchased 2 vouchers, and I was soooo unhappy when I walked out thinking that now I am stuck with it and who the hell would want to come back to such awful customer service. However the dealsharing customer service refunded my voucher back ! Phew !!
