I always go for the free goodies that the 711 app dishes out once in a while and the employees are super nice about it.
I love that they don’t treat me any differently just because I’m not a «paying» customer. Since it’s their birthday week right now, they’re giving out a free offer every day. I went today for the chicken kebob and it was surprisingly pretty good! Large chunks of tender chicken meat in a honey garlic sauce that was just the right consistency. The only downside was that it wasn’t hot — barely passing as warm. Regardless, the chicken was still moist so it’s all good.
Anyway, while I was getting my 711 app barcode scanned, another employee who was cleaning up near the cashier area very kindly pointed out a flyer to me which showed which foods were going to be free on each day. Cool! I thought it was one of those «surprise!» things that you find out when you wake up in the morning and log on their app, but apparently not. It was a very nice gesture of the lady to notify me about the flyer and she also encouraged me to come back tomorrow to get a free drink!
Great service, good food, and it sure is a convenient store (haha. punny).
